You can choose to continue using a paid plan or downgrade to our free plan and continue using Kaddio for free.

What does 30/90 day retention mean?

The 30/90-day retention history allows you to view and analyze your data from the past 30/90 days. After this time, information is hidden from you (still kept by Kaddio), you can always choose to upgrade to a plan that offers extended history to see the information.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you can continue to use Kaddio until the end of your current billing period.
