How does Kaddio Price Matching work?

What information do I need to provide?

1. Competitor's name.
2. Price you found with screenshots, document with quotation/offer or a link to the competitor's website where the price is listed.
3. Your (short) motivation for the price match request.

What are the restrictions on price matching?

The competitor's price must be for the same service, and it must be verifiable. A price matching plan is renewed every year, which guarantees you keep your low price for one year. If a competitors low price remains after one year, we continue to match it. The competitor's service must also be available to new customers. The bottom line is that we want to be fair and transparent.

Why do we offer price matching?

Twofold: First, we simply think Kaddio is the best service out there, second, setting the right price is very hard. We want to make sure you get the best value for your money. By offering price matching, we can ensure that you are always getting the best deal possible.

What is considered a matching service
