Kaddio Launches Next-Generation AI Assistant – Built on Swedish Cloud by evroc

Kaddio, used by more than 1,300 healthcare and wellness businesses, is now launching an AI assistant that provides users with a significant boost in their daily work. The assistant learns how medical records are written, how the practice operates, and which routines are important – and adapts accordingly. The result is faster documentation, less administration, and more time for patient care.

Swedish AI Infrastructure for Secure Healthcare Data

The initiative is made possible by evroc's European hyperscale cloud and AI infrastructure. By running the solution in evroc's Swedish data environment, sensitive healthcare data is ensured to never leave the country – a critical concern in a highly regulated and politically sensitive industry.

evroc delivers superior performance with its Swedish AI infrastructure. This gives us confidence to continue developing advanced AI entirely within Sweden's borders.

AI That Works With You, Not Just For You

For us, this is about the future of healthcare. We're stepping into completely uncharted territory where AI actually works with the user, not just for them. Having an AI assistant that adapts to how I personally write medical records is a major step forward. The fact that everything can run on Swedish cloud infrastructure is an important security factor for our customers.

The AI assistant is integrated directly into Kaddio and activated with a single click. The service works for both small and large practices and has already been tested by psychologists and therapists who describe the effect as "having your own digital colleague."

Strong Growth Since Launch

Since the launch on December 15th, the influx of new customers has been fantastic, and we've already increased our revenue by nearly 10%. This shows that the market is ready for AI tools that truly solve concrete everyday problems.

Data Sovereignty Meets Scalability

For evroc, the partnership is clear confirmation of how European AI infrastructure can create real benefits for the healthcare sector – not least by reducing the costs of advanced AI operations while meeting requirements for data sovereignty.

Kaddio demonstrates what a European and Sweden-based cloud enables. We can guarantee that all data stays in Sweden while delivering the scalability required for advanced AI. This makes powerful AI services accessible even to smaller healthcare providers.

Accessible AI for Everyone in Healthcare

Kaddio's goal is to make advanced AI accessible to everyone working in healthcare and wellness. In an industry characterized by intense public debate, technological transformation, and strict regulations, the new AI assistant can become a clear example of how safe and efficient AI solutions can be developed in Swedish healthcare.

We want AI to be a practical support in everyday work, not just a future vision. With this initiative, we're taking the first step toward more accessible, cost-effective, and modern digital healthcare.

— Arvid Kästel, CTO at Kaddio
